There was a lot of inconsistency at the local market level across packaging and even more on POS and collateral.
Designed the full alphabet based on the logotype to be used for the product lineup as well as POS.
Helped achieve product lineup consistency and unified illustration style.
Updated the Pepsi logotype in the traditional and simplified Mandarin as well as in Arabic.
Recommended Sofia Pro which is a sans serif typeface that reflects the unique character of the Pepsi logo.
Developed global point-of-sale communication templates.
Developed brand guidelines for global implementation.
