Worked with XFINITY to transform their billing and payment experience into a positive engagement with customers as a reflection of their progressive, customer-centric focus. The new bill features a fresher, clearer design and brand voice befitting an entertainment and technology company.

Developed a bill launch microsite and email communications to help customers understand the bill redesign.


Brought the XFINITY experience to stores and call centers.
